LEVEL 3 AWARD IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Our level 3 education and training award is for people who want to make a big difference in lifelong learning.

The education and learning level 3 replaces the previous Level 3 and Level 4 Awards in PTLLS.

The Level 3 Education and Training Award is an accredited qualification on the RQF framework regulated by Ofqual. The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) supported the qualification prior to its closure in July 2013.

Our education and training course structures provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills essential for effective teaching and learning. Participants will learn about their roles and responsibilities in teaching and understand the limits of these roles.

These sessions engage and motivate learners to establish an environment that values and supports every student. Additionally, the course covers diverse assessment methods and highlights the significance of meticulous record-keeping, preparing you to assess and document learner progress efficiently.

This course is for people new to teaching or already working as teachers. It helps them gain knowledge and skills in teaching. To get the Level 3 Education and Training Award (RQF), you need at least 12 credits from three required unit groups.

Final Parts Of Our Education And Training Level 3

To be awarded the Level 3 Education and Training Award (RQF), learners must achieve a minimum of 12 credits from three mandatory unit groups.

You must participate in one hour of micro-teaching as part of the Level 3 Education and Training Award(QCF). This hour must consist of a minimum of a 15-minute session you deliver. The rest of the time (45 minutes) can be used by you to observe other learners delivering a micro-teach session. If you wish, you can use the entire one hour as your delivery session.
