When concerns emerge regarding a pupil’s attendance, the pupil and their family can access support by one of our VLH Solutions practitioners via our referral program. Our practitioners work with the whole family to identify barriers to good attendance, looking beyond the classroom to find the root causes of absence. Other services include providing training and supervision for school staff. we have established ourselves as a trusted brand that delivers quality every time.
We can also support and provide a vital platform for professionals from different sectors delivering family support to review and reflect on performance, get support and improve practice. Supervisions also serve as a valuable opportunity for staff to explore the emotions stirred by their work and receive essential case direction.
